HotelStar® is an innovative energy management system which could cut energy costs for hotel and commercial building owners by up to 65 per cent.
HotelStar® can be customised to meet individual needs and manage energy consumption effectively in one product.
HotelStar® comes as either a simple off-line package that turns off all energy supplies to any room once it is vacated, or a highly sophisticated on-line system which links to a computer and provides a wealth of additional information about security, room occupancy rates, cleaning, staff monitoring and employee efficiency levels.
The HotelStar® system can pay for itself within eight months to just over 1.5 years, depending on the hotel or commercial building®s facilities.
